How long does it take to see results?

You get your first insights within a few minutes of entering your URL. Our AI analyzes your site and automatically generates:

  • Your value propositions
  • Competitive leads (depending on your plan)
  • Content gaps
  • Customer personas

Improving AI visibility depends on your content and industry. Clients typically see measurable progress in 30–60 days when following platform recommendations.

Feature details by plan: Pricing page .

Which AI platforms are supported?

ResonanceMetrics currently runs your scenarios on:

ChatGPT (OpenAI)

Claude (Anthropic)

Gemini (Google)

Perplexity

Google AI Overviews (opt-in per prompt; not selected by default)

Exact coverage depends on your plan — see the Pricing page . Microsoft Copilot and other engines are coming later. Availability can roll out gradually by workspace.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. From your workspace (billing portal), you can cancel at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period : you keep access until that date, then the subscription is not renewed.

Amounts already paid are not refunded (except where required by law). After cancellation, your data remains available for 30 days for export.

How does the free trial work?

The 14-day free trial is offered on the Starter plan.

A payment method is required to start. At the end of the 14 days, the subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends (billing portal).

During the trial you get Starter plan features — details on the Pricing page. Google AI Overviews can be enabled per prompt when available on your workspace (not selected by default).

Without an active paid subscription afterward, access is suspended; your data is kept for 30 days.

What does the platform actually measure?

The platform measures your presence rate in AI answers, cited sources (you, and competitors when competitive tracking is included in your plan), brand sentiment and positioning, and how these metrics evolve over time. You see when you appear, when you are absent, and why — with an action plan to improve.

Do I need technical skills to use ResonanceMetrics?

No. The platform is built for marketing and sales teams, not developers. The dashboard presents AI visibility metrics in business language (recommendation rate, share of voice, etc.). Recommendations are framed as business objectives, not technical jargon. Our experts can support implementation if needed.

What is the difference between platform-only and platform + support?

The self-serve platform gives you monitoring, the ops dashboard, and automatic recommendations.

Strategic support adds our experts to frame your semantic territory, prioritize actions, and maximize impact.

Does ResonanceMetrics replace my SEO or marketing agency?

No — we are complementary. Your SEO agency optimizes for Google; we optimize for AI engines. Your marketing agency produces content; we help structure it so AI can understand and cite it. We work with your existing teams and partners.

What if my competitors adopt GEO before me?

They will pull ahead on a channel where AI already strongly influences recommendations and purchase decisions. GEO favors early movers: brands already cited become references AI keeps repeating. Every month you wait strengthens your competitors’ position.

What are Google AI Overviews and how does ResonanceMetrics track them?

Google AI Overviews are generative summaries that sometimes appear above classic Google Search results, with cited sources.

ResonanceMetrics tracks them as a fifth GEO engine alongside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity:

  • Presence: whether an Overview appeared for your query/locale
  • Mentions: whether your brand was cited in the Overview
  • Sources: domains Google used as references

Important:

  • Some queries show no AI Overview - that is a valid result, not an error
  • AIO is opt-in per prompt (not selected by default)
  • Available on entitled plans (Starter/Growth+); not on Essentials
  • Availability can roll out gradually by workspace

What exactly is a "prompt"?

A prompt is a GEO visibility query you track over time.

Example: "What is the best CRM for SMBs in France?"

It runs automatically on your plan's engines, at your plan's frequency (monthly or daily). You do not pay per API call — only for the number of prompts in your quota.

| Action | Effect | |--------|--------| | Create a prompt | Uses 1 from your quota | | Auto execution | On plan engines, no extra consumption | | Delete a prompt | Frees 1 slot; history kept |

What happens if I reach my prompt limit?

We warn you before you hit your limit:

At 80%: In-app notification + alert email 2. At 100%: You can no longer create new prompts

Important: Existing prompts keep running. No data loss.

Solutions:

  • Delete lower-priority prompts to free slots
  • Upgrade to a higher plan — see the Pricing page .

Are there hidden fees?

No. The plan price covers the platform within the offer limits:

  • No setup fees
  • No surprise API costs

Optional add-ons may apply if you choose them — listed on the Pricing page . Any taxes are calculated at checkout based on your situation.

Yes, from your billing portal:

Upgrade: plan change with Paddle proration; access to the new plan features.

Downgrade: usually at the end of the current billing period . Data is kept within the new plan limits; if you exceed them, adjust before the change.
